Workshop: Scottish Oceans Institute

Artist Jennifer Argo, marine biologists from Strathclyde University, and a specialist in ocean acidification and biomineralisation, Dr Nicola Allison from the Scottish Oceans Institute, led a workshop group on a foraging tour on East Sands Beach, before sketching marine specimens under the microscope in a lab at Scottish Oceans Institute, and making collages about climate-driven changes to marine life between Scotland and the Arctic Ocean, as part of  Mapping Ocean Change through Art, in partnership with OnFife, a Creative Carbon Scotland - Climate Beacon.
